"Ramón Sender Barayón and Edith E. Hartnett


Edith will recite a few poems from her new collection, Breath On The Water,and a friend will read from the short story, 'The Troubadour.'
Ramon will read from A Planetary Sojourn, his new collection of essays, articles and short stories.
In her late eighties, Edith continues breaking new ground with her poems and stories as if she were someone half her age. Meanwhile, in his early seventies, Ramon does his best to keep up with her with this collection of pieces spanning the past 40 years.

Join us before the event for a no-host dinner at 5:30 p.m. at the Noe Valley Pizza at 24th and Sanchez prior to the event. Entrees average $10-$15. Please R.S.V.P for supper to jlsender@webtv.net or at 821-2090. The event is 5 minutes walking distance from the restaurant.
Parking available at $5 for 3 hours across the street from the Noe Valley Pizza. The 24 line, the 48 line and the J Church are the nearby Muni transportation lines available.

table discussion to launch the new book "The San Francisco Tape Music Center: 1960s Counterculture and the Avant-Garde" at the Park Branch of the San Francisco Public Library, Wednesday, June 25, 7 PM - Free Admission.
