William Vlach's poetry has been published in ACM, Psychopoetica (UK),
Chance, Poetry USA, American Way, RUAH, Buckle &,Northern Journeys, and
Potpourri. He also is completing a book of poems entitled "Premise
Becomes Shadow." He has also completed an untitled novel concerning the
Spanish invasion of Guatemala, which is "on the prowl for a publishing
house."
Vlach's one-act play, "The Wisteria Jar," was presented in a reading in
San Francisco.
Vlatch is a clinical psychologist in private practice for over 20
years in San Francisco, working with "cops and crooks, kids and couples."
He also is the former President of the San Francisco Psychological
Association and Former Chair of the Psych Professional Group, San Francisco
Police Department.
"The surrealists make me crazy," he comments. "And Lorca is God."
